Utilizing her background in Interior Design, and working for nine years as a Real Estate Broker, it was a natural transition to Real Estate Investing. Recognizing the incredible ROI (Return On Investment) of a beautifully presented property, Moe began staging and selling her own properties with incredibly successful results. Encouraged by colleagues, friends and family Moe decided to follow her passion and devote all of her time to the ever increasing world of Real Estate Staging. To ensure she was equipped with every tool available, prior to forming Moe Scarcello Home Staging & Design Solutions in 2006, Moe obtained her certification with the most highly regarded and recognized name in the industry HSR (Home Staging Resource).
Prior to embarking on her career in staging, Moe held executive sales and marketing positions with several Fortune 500 Companies specializing in bringing new products to market domestically and abroad in Europe and Asia. In her last position with Citicorp, Moe spent most of her time in Europe and Asia gaining great insight into various cultures which continues to serve her well in understanding the diversity of today’s global buyers.
In 2008 Moe met Val Allocco while working on a Habitat for Humanity house. A bond was formed and together they were able to secure everything from furniture to artwork for the new homeowner. Recognizing an aptitude for mutually envisioning a space a partnership was born and has grown immensely to date.
